Copresco expands capabilities with new electronic printing push

CAROL STREAM — Copresco not long ago installed a new digital printing push that offers a speedier turnaround, a lot more successful production, bigger accuracy and bigger good quality, the company reported.

The new Konica-Minolta printing press authorized Copresco to up its promise of creating 250,000 web pages overnight for any shopper, President Steve Johnson.

Copresco makes hundreds of thousands of webpages of limited-run publications, books and manuals. Tasks assortment from booklets, catalogs, handbooks, textbooks and specialized components to schooling aids, guidebooks, newsletters, calendars and cookbooks.

Johnson reported one essential function of the new push is its capability to cope with lighter excess weight papers. “In the electronic entire world it is unusual to run papers lighter than the common 50- or 60-pound weights, but light-weight e book papers are a great way to reduce bulk and preserve on shipping and delivery and mailing fees,” he reported.

Together with the new equipment, Copresco purchased Konica-Minolta’s computer software to better command all of the new functions.
